Statutory Committee

The board has approved the new statutory committee. Bob Hilton and Margie Hill will be co-chairs, along with members Lisa Bellanca, Bill Shell and Fran Furlong.  Per Florida Statutes, this committee will address only the rental increase/pass thru costs as indicated in the 90 day rental increase.  While the statute allows discussion of other issues,Hometown America is under no obligation to discuss issues not addressed in the notice. If you have concerns within the community, please contact Robert Hilton at [email protected] or  Margie Hill at [email protected] and include specific documentation and possible solutions of the issue. Also, please include your contact information so that you can be reached if more information is needed.  The committee will then work within the statutes to do their best to address these concerns with Hometown America.
